Updates Consumer Tracking Spreadsheet with accurate dates of completion Assist in the development of clinical profile and treatment planning. Document accurate and quality service notes for every session of therapy completed. Handles crisis situations with consumers and walk-in crisis situations (assessments) if necessary. Job DescriptionSalary: Serving Pitt and Lenoir Counties, North Carolina We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Adult Home Health team. This role is crucial in providing high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services directly within the patient's home environment. Primary Responsibilities The PTA will work under the direct supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) and in collaboration with the patient's attending physician. Patient Care & Treatment Execute physical therapy treatment plans as prescribed by the PT and ordered by the physician to relieve pain and develop or restore function and independence. Instruct patients and their families in the safe and proper use of assistive devices(canes, walkers, wheelchairs), as well as prosthetic and orthotic devices, as directed by the PT.
