SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the supervision of the Clinical Director the Licensed Outpatient Therapist provides therapeutic sessions to consumers and families as well as completes Diagnostic and Comprehensive Clinical Assessments. This position is crucial in the implementation of quality and “all inclusive†care at Pathways to Life, Inc. The Licensed Clinical Therapist is responsible for maintaining an outpatient therapy caseload as well as assisting in the completion of assessments of consumers entering services as well as consumers being re-evaluated for services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Provide individual, family and group therapy to consumers and families. Conducts the assessment, reassessments, reauthorization of team's clients, and corresponding Person Centered Plans of the persons served clinical needs and submits for review to assigned clinical staff within 48 hours of assessment. Completes all specified corrections to assessment within 24 hours. Submits client information to the appropriate LME/MCO to obtain a record number Upon Doctors review and approval, submits authorization requests. Updates Consumer Tracking Spreadsheet with accurate dates of completion Assist in the development of clinical profile and treatment planning. Assist treatment team in the coordination of treatment and goal development. Show ability to relate and programmatically respond to at-risk youth.
