A current Certificate of Comprehensive Liability Insurance with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence is required to be provided at the time of hiring (an updated copy is required upon the policy's expiration). The Certificate must list Portofino Master Homeowners Association Inc., Premier Island Management Group LLC, and Beach Club Towers Homeowners Association as additional insured. Therapist shall indemnify the Employer from any and all demands, claims, causes of action, fines, penalties, damages (including consequential damages), losses, liabilities, judgments, and expenses (including without limitation attorneys' fees and court costs) arising from or resulting from the service performed by Therapist.
We do not have a non-compete clause in place and welcome therapists to work at other spa locations, but soliciting guests and owners will not be tolerated. If you are caught soliciting for businesses outside the Premier business, it will be grounds for immediate termination.
All schedules are to be sent to Savannah Sprague to be input into Book 4 time.
Schedules should be sent by the 20th of each month for the following month.
Schedules can be input up to 3 months in advance.
All changes to therapist schedules must be made by spa management.
Schedules will be texted to a therapist at the end of each day for the following day. The therapist must confirm by texting back C.
It is the therapist's responsibility to check their schedules every day.
For same-day booking, a therapist can block themselves or ask spa management to block them if their availability changes. If a therapist is open on the books and an appointment is booked, it is the therapist's responsibility to perform the service. A two-hour notice will be given for same-day appointments.
If the therapist is open and working, they must check with the desk before leaving the spa, as they could be booked with other appointments.
The therapist may clock in 20 minutes before a service and must arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to the appointment. The therapist must clock out if they have a gap greater than one hour between services.

X: Pay: Commission-based per structure below:
An auto Gratuity of 20% is charged to guests on Gross Sales prior to discount or the amount that has been collected by the guest at the time of service.
A Service Fee of 35% on any services priced at $99.00 or less, or 30% on any services priced at $100 or higher, paid by the Organization with the exception of any mani and pedi services, which will be paid a Service Fee of 40%.
Service Fee is calculated based on Net Sales after applicable discounts.
Commission of 10% on Net Retail sales of Phytomer and Circadia products after discount
$20 Cancellation Fee on all unpaid canceled appointments.
Any additional tips are paid by the customer upon service completion.
Any mandatory training or meetings will be paid at the Florida Minimum Hourly Wage based on hours worked.

Confer with members of the physical therapy staff and other health team members, individually and in conference, to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs.

Degree/Education: Associate's degree. Graduate from a college or university approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).

It is the therapist's responsibility to check their schedules every day.
For same-day booking, a therapist can block themselves or ask spa management to block them if their availability changes. If a therapist is open on the books and an appointment is booked, it is the therapist's responsibility to perform the service. A two-hour notice will be given for same-day appointments.
If the therapist is open and working, they must check with the desk before leaving the spa, as they could be booked with other appointments.
The therapist may clock in 20 minutes before a service and must arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to the appointment. The therapist must clock out if they have a gap greater than one hour between services.

X: Pay: Commission-based per structure below:
An auto Gratuity of 20% is charged to guests on Gross Sales prior to discount or the amount that has been collected by the guest at the time of service.
A Service Fee of 35% on any services priced at $99.00 or less, or 30% on any services priced at $100 or higher, paid by the Organization with the exception of any mani and pedi services, which will be paid a Service Fee of 40%.
Service Fee is calculated based on Net Sales after applicable discounts.
Commission of 10% on Net Retail sales of Phytomer and Circadia products after discount
$20 Cancellation Fee on all unpaid canceled appointments.
Any additional tips are paid by the customer upon service completion.
Any mandatory training or meetings will be paid at the Florida Minimum Hourly Wage based on hours worked.
