We're proud to accept all major insurance plans and to consistently deliver one of the highest patient satisfaction scores in the industry (NPS 95+).
Our Core Values:

Develop and update personalized treatment plans every 90 days or as clinically indicated.
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to geriatric populations.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
Compensation is $81 per completed patient visit.
To support onboarding and initial patient scheduling, there will be a 90-day guaranteed minimum of 10 visits per week (equivalent to $810 weekly).
