The MassageTherapist is responsible for upholding “value added” reputation by providing impeccable service to all of our Resort Spa Guests. Education & Experience
• Accredited massage therapy certification, and ongoing education in wellness techniques.
• Hold a valid professional massage therapy license with the Arizona Board of Massage Therapy.
• 1-2 years of professional massage therapy experience, skilled in various modalities (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue), and ability to customize treatments.
• Experience in customer service and knowledge of anatomy is preferred.
Skills and Abilities
• Strong communication, professionalism, and ability to maintain hygiene standards.
• Demonstrates a friendly, warm, and caring attitude, always ready to greet others with a smile.
• Proven ability to be a dependable team player with a strong work ethic.

• Available to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements
• Flexible and long hours may be required, including weekends and holidays.
• Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to stand for long periods throughout the shift.
