Services are provided to adolescents, caregivers, & family members. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assess clients' needs in following domains: School, legal, economics, medical, social, work Meet weekly w/MDFT therapist assigned to family to discuss tasks & progress for each case.
