Job Responsibilities:
Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.

Core Responsibilities:
Perform World-Class, professional, and quality massages that are results-oriented
Assist in the cleanliness of the Massage area (therapy rooms and common areas)
Incorporate a schedule that is good to the client, meaning you will not perform more than five hours of massages a day to ensure excellent customer care
Assist in the promotion of the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving massage therapy on a regular basis; communicate all specials and promotions to clients that are going on in all departments
Recommend additional treatments and services that guests could benefit from and pre-book appointments
Promote a positive atmosphere and create an excellent member/guest experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
Keep personal relationships to a minimum with the clients to focus on treatment
Complete all services within the standard time frames
Research past experiences your guest has had so that you may better serve them
Take detailed client history and note any health conditions
Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body
Advise clients on stretching, strengthening, or relaxation methods
Help other team members, by teaching them what you know
Immediately report guest belongings that have been left behind
Assist with laundry
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
All Texas license requirements must be up to date
Extensive knowledge of massage techniques
High work ethic and self-initiative
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a talent for making people feel comfortable and better about themselves

Be comfortable and confident performing all treatments
Regular attendance according to established guidelines
May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property
