Additionally, you will have the opportunity to join the physician in the exam room to discuss with clients how to improve their well-being and quality of life. This role assists clients in developing and accomplishing treatment goals in individual and group settings. It also provides consultation and education to community groups and emergency services. To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who:

About the role

· Help with inventory levels to ensure stock levels are appropriate at all times.
· Fill out a prescription card for each Guest to recommend products and create service repeats. Tell them about our website for reorders and descriptions of services.
· Strive to match 50% Service to Product dollars in each transaction with each Guest. (For a $60 service, sell $30 retail).
· Responsible for Room turnovers and set-ups at all times.
What do you bring to the role?
· Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
· Must hold and keep current a Massage Therapist license in the State of Wisconsin and provide Well Spa with the original small license to post at Well Spa.
· A minimum of 2 years of experience in Massage Therapy.
· Proven Sales and Recommendation background.
· Willing to attend ongoing education- both provided and on a free will basis.
· Must have friendly, congenial personality and professional attitude towards all associates in all departments.

What You'll Do:
Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines
Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
Qualifications:
Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice
Strong communication and organizational skills

We are looking for enthusiastic, engaging, and caring Massage Therapists to help provide meaningful experiences for our guests at our Brookfield and North Shore locations.
Responsibilities:
Provide massage services including 35, 50, 80, and 110-minute massages varying in massage technique and pressure according to guests needs.
Consistently perform the AVEDA Service Cycle, ensuring guests have an excellent experience.
Provide massage and wellness expertise and outstanding service to all guests.
Make recommendations for appropriate products for guest home care, while achieving established retail goals.
Present and reinforce a professional appearance, in accordance with AVEDA dress code.
Practice proper sanitation of tools, product replenishment, and cleaning as required to ensure the space is always guest ready.
Set a positive example for all other team members, technical and non-technical, while in the space.
Utilize social media to promote your work and the accomplishments of the brand and your fellow team members. Professional social media accounts are required of all technical team members.
Attend store meetings including daily team huddles, full-company meetings, trainings, and other meetings as scheduled. Most/all items will occur virtually.
Stay up-to-date on all AVEDA products and services, educational opportunities are available.
Qualifications:
A current Massage Therapy license in the state of Wisconsin is required.
2+ year's experience in a professional spa setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to attend and satisfactorily complete all company education as required.
Ability to work retail hours including weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
Commitment to being environmentally conscious and upholding the AVEDA mission.
Strong passion forbeauty, wellness, and staying up-to-date on current trends.
A desire to bring excellence to the guests experience, no matter what service is being performed.

AVEDA experience is beneficial, but not required.
