Students may complete the first two years of their bachelor's, get a professional degree or certificate, or take personal enrichment classes. Massasoit's academic departments include: * Emergent Technologies * Science and Mathematics * Humanities and Fine Arts * Public Service * Information Technology Students may earn an associate's degree through these and other departments. They may also obtain a vocational certificate in medical, technical and other fields. At Massasoit's Senior Center, senior citizens may take classes in everything from yoga to the performing arts. Massasoit's campus life activities include more than 30 student clubs and organizations. Massasoit is also home to an art museum. Massasoit Community College has an open admissions policy for many programs, which means that anyone with a high school diploma or GED may enroll. However, many of Massasoit's medical programs, such as Dental Assisting, Phlebotomy and Medical Assisting, have additional requirements.
