Pros of working at Massey Services

If you work residential is efficient, you can pull in to a neighborhood and do 10 house there and be done for the day instead of traveling a lot a wasting time in the truck drive from place to place (loosing money because it’s commission based)

Cons of working at Massey Services

After working with Massey about two years, I would recommend residential over commercial especially in Houston where’s there’s only one commercial office for all of Houston spreading out work and dragging out days because management is inefficient at setting up effective and efficient route schedules they worry about what the money looks like more then how much work gets done usually setting you back in the long run

Paid well good benefits

Cons of working at Massey Services

Lower management is disrespectful to its employees, they pay commission but make you stay past finishing your work, my properties were mostly under measured which meant i wasn’t being paid appropriately on those properties.
