    Overview As a Wireline Telecom General Manager, you will develop new skills, work in a safety-minded environment, and help expand technology that strengthens our communities. As a Wireline Telecom General Manager, you are responsible for all financial aspects of the Area's operations and for implementing and adhering to all company policies and procedures. You will maintain customer relationships, drive customer compliance, oversee resource management, and manage all key operational metrics. Responsibilities In addition, you will: • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the overall construction and project management teams. • Develop processes and procedures to ensure successful, end-to-end project execution. • Directly oversee Construction Supervisors, Managers, and Project Managers to ensure projects are built to design, on budget, safely, with quality, and on schedule. • Assist in resolving disputes on all projects, including negotiating to successfully settle construction-related issues. • Partner with OFS support teams and back-office staff to ensure full compliance with internal and external reporting deadlines and financial requirements. • Prepare weekly revenue and cost reports. • Manage material, equipment, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules with accuracy and accountability. • Prioritize projects based on customer needs, escalations, resource requirements, and workforce allocation. • Evaluate employee performance, assign work, support retention, define career paths, and develop your team's technical and industry skill set-especially within telecom construction. • Interface with customers, vendors, and subcontractors while identifying opportunities for market growth and long-term sustainability. • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with SSO, MVI, TRIR, and DART metrics.
