    Overview Cash Construction is hiring a central TX Project Scheduler / Document Control! As a Project Scheduler, you will oversee the resource management of in-house and sub-contracted field crews. You will assist the project manager with schedule planning, coordination of tasks and monitor the timelines of scheduled assignments. Responsibilities Manage resource management schedules for all assigned projects Develop, implement, and maintain a scheduling management system. Identify process efficiencies and create and manage new processes to drive efficiencies within project schedules Review progressed schedules against schedule deadlines. Participate in meetings with senior operations management, peers and/or customers. Participate in estimating and bidding projects, contract negotiations, and change order preparation. Identify potential scheduling delays and facilitate remedial action. Track and report on the progress of project activities. Collaborate with Project Managers, team members, and other stakeholders to gather information and update schedules. Works independently on complex assignments to establish the Proposal or Project Baseline Schedule Lead and execute Project Planning and Execution Planning Session Lead and execute Logic Development, Schedule Updates and Forecasting Ensure client Project Controls and Reporting specifications and requirements are met per contract. Supports Project Management with project reporting requirements. Develop and maintain document control systems and processes. Ensure documents are correctly numbered, titled, filed, and archived. Oversee the review, approval, and distribution of documents.: Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Qualifications Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Project or P6 expert (MS Project preferred) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5-10 years' experience as a Project Scheduler in related industry. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Experience supporting heavy civil and utilities construction projects Strong understanding of document control software and systems.
