Salary Range: $150-170k per year The QA/QC Manager at MasTec Power Delivery is responsible for leading and overseeing the Quality Assurance and Quality Control program for power generation and commercial building construction projects. This role ensures that all construction activities comply with project specifications, applicable codes, industry standards, and MasTec Power Delivery quality requirements. The QA/QC Manager provides leadership, guidance, and support to project teams to ensure consistent quality execution from project start through completion. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage MasTec Power Delivery's QA/QC programs, plans, and procedures for assigned projects. (based on Mastec's corporate QMP, ITP, and existing forms.) Lead and supervise QA/QC Inspectors and quality personnel, providing direction, training, and performance oversight. Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, codes, and regulatory requirements. Review and approve completed field reports.
