THIS IS A TRAVEL POSITION Compensation ranges from $25-28/hr, or prevailing wage in certain locations if working on the project The schedule is typically 6 days per week, 10-12 hours per day Per diem includes hotel + $50 for food. Crews may travel one week at a time, occasionally extended stays up to two weeks before returning home for a break. Overtime pay will be provided in accordance with California labor laws, at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate for hours worked over 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a workweek. Rest and Meal Breaks: You will be compensated for paid rest periods and granted unpaid meal breaks in accordance with California labor laws.
