POSITION SUMMARY:
The Pavement Marking Technician is responsible for driving and operating pavement marking equipment for road construction and maintenance projects. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Operate equipment to place paint, thermoplastic, and other pavement markings.

Implement striping plans and perform layout, including intersection markings.
Lift, carry, load, and unload construction items, including pavement marking supplies and signs.
Use hand grinders to remove old lines and pavement markings; install, remove, and reset delineators, signs, posts, and supports.
Cut, lay out, and install heat tape; apply and remove temporary and permanent reflective tape.
Install Cold Applied Plastic and Preformed Thermoplastic to job specifications.
Maintain and operate all hand and pavement marking equipment, including milling, and grinding equipment.
Perform shop work, including equipment maintenance and repair, ensuring operational efficiency.
Communicate with contractors, field inspectors, and supervise field personnel.
Complete daily required paperwork, including logging yield conversions and verifying specifications.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Qualifications:
Minimum years of experience: (1 - 2 Years of Tower Climbing Experience)
Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid Driver's License, and meet TSC's driver eligibility criteria in order to drive an TSC company vehicle.
Must successfully complete DOT certification within 90 days of employment, and required DOT medical exam post-offer, pre-employment.
Must take and pass a pre-employment, post-offer drug test and adhere to random drug testing policy, as permitted by state and local law.

Qualifications

* Work directly with all levels of technicians and supervisors for all technical needs.
* Work directly with the Caterpillar parts and service representatives for technical assistance and goodwill for product support.
* Assist supervisors and other members of management with administration of warranty, service letter administration, and extended service coverage contracts.
* Assist in developing training schedules for technicians and provide training as needed on Caterpillar SISWEB/TMI and other web-based dealer systems.
* Research and investigate repair status information for customers, technicians and other department employees as required.
* Performs other technical communicator duties including requests to factory engineering for technical assistance as well as documenting and reporting product problems.
* Assist in preparation of quotes for customers as required.
* Some driving is required

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have experience in engine rebuilding and reuse guidelines for Caterpillar components. Must have experience with and full understanding of diesel and gas fueled engines, controls, fuel, lubrication and cooling systems. An understanding of AC power generation, control and distribution, including power output, power factor, circulating current and generator harmonic measurement and calculations a plus.

COMPENSATIONS
Pay Range: $85,000 - $105,000 Annually
Pay Range Dependent on Knowledge, Skills, and Ability.

A Low Voltage Installation Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low voltage electrical systems and equipment. They work in various settings, such as residential, commercial, and industrial environments. The technician ensures the proper functioning of low voltage systems, including security systems, fire alarms, telecommunications, audiovisual equipment, and other low voltage electrical systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Installation and Configuration:
Install, configure, and integrate low voltage systems according to specifications and project requirements.
Mount and secure equipment, such as security cameras, access control panels, intercom systems, and networking devices.
Set up and configure cabling, wiring, and connections for data, voice, and video systems.
Test and verify the functionality of installed systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and client expectations.
