Understand and implement Industry standards (OSHA, TIA10-48, NATE CTS, and ANSI) Climb towers and ladders at various heights Conduct erection of various tower types Off-load material and inventory Prepare and clean sites Install new carriers on new build and existing towers Assist in tower erection using helicopters, cranes, and gin poles Assist in the assembly of the monopole, all weld and knock down self-support and guyed towers Assist in the antenna installation of microwave parabolic 1 to 15-foot, VHF, UHF, cellular, and FM broadcast antennas Assist in the transmission line and installation of foam/air dielectric coaxial, hardline, and elliptical waveguide. Assist in the installation of all aspects of ell site foundations, grounding, and conduits, with electrical installations where applicable. Serve as a mentor to new less experienced technicians Complete other duties as assigned. Duties and Responsibilities: Following all applicable OSHA and TSC safety rules and procedures Understand and strictly adhere to safety and quality guidelines without deviation. Safely and efficiently complete repairs and upgrades at elevated heights. Impacted equipment will be mounted on various structures such as guyed towers, lattice towers, monopole towers, water towers, stealth towers and rooftops. Observe and report possible compound / equipment defects or hazards. Ensure that Job Hazard Assessment (JHA) requirements are identified, documented and followed. Accurately follow instructions and complete assigned course of action in accordance with scope of work and methods of procedures (MOPs) and track work via checklists. Accurately and timely document job costs, including labor hours and material. Read customer blueprints and execute scope of work per the customer's specifications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and integrate low voltage systems according to specifications and project requirements. Mount and secure equipment, such as security cameras, access control panels, intercom systems, and networking devices. Set up and configure cabling, wiring, and connections for data, voice, and video systems. Test and verify the functionality of installed systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and client expectations. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with low voltage systems and equipment.
