You will lead a team of operators and technicians, oversee daily dredging activities, and maintain compliance with operational and safety standards. Responsibilities:
Direct daily dredging operations, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to project timelines.
Supervise and mentor dredge crew members, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Monitor and maintain dredging equipment, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Implement best practices to minimize environmental impact and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Maintain accurate logs and reports on production, equipment status, and safety incidents.
Collaborate with site managers, logistics teams, and engineering staff to align dredging activities with broader operational goals.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.
