We are seeking a MASTER DATA ANALYST in Wausau, Wisconsin at Aspirus, Inc. The Master Data Analyst is responsible for the integrity of the data that resides within the Lawson system. They act as the gatekeeper for item data to ensure accuracy within Lawson. Verifies data for newly requested items as well as maintains existing item data within the Lawson system. Partners with other areas of Supply Chain to resolve item issues or discrepancies. Collaborates with internal teams to develop or improve processes. Analyzes vendor item data in relation to data housed in Lawson and performs revisions as necessary. Utilizes best business practices and individual judgment for completeness of the Lawson item master.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS


Knowledge of purchasing practices, contracts, and agreements normally acquired through completion of an Associate Degree in Business, IT, Finance/Accounting or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree in IT, Finance/Accounting or Business beneficial. Three to five years' experience in a purchasing environment or business office, with knowledge of medical equipment and supplies and accounting principles beneficial. Demonstrates strong clerical and computer skills. Must be proficient in Excel with intermediate to advanced knowledge of spreadsheets for detailed analysis, with the ability to perform v-lookups, pivot tables, and more complicated formulas beneficial. Demonstrates a process driven mindset and has strong communication and customer service skills. Possesses excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize own workload. Possesses strong analytical skills, with a high attention to detail and accuracy.

Customer Master Data (MD) operations team member that ensures customer data is maintained as per Company data standards, control requirements and defined service level agreements (SLAs). Support related business projects/initiatives.

Meet data standards, control requirements, SLAs and related business needs. The Customer MD Senior Analyst will manage customer requests for all Business Units as required.

Ensure customer data are maintained as per data standard, control requirements and defined service level agreements (SLAs).

Support related business projects/initiatives, and be able to meet business needs and requirements in addition to regular data maintenance.

Develop and support relationships with key stakeholder groups, and collaborate with manager and team to support business needs.

Identify and implement process improvement ideas. Lead efforts as assigned to optimize upstream and downstream business groups to optimize the end to end process.

Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls in order to mitigate operational/business and financial reporting risk.
Identify opportunities to strengthen or optimize control activities, as appropriate. Build and maintain a solid base of skills and business knowledge and foster an open and supportive team environment . Lead Customer MD operations team to meet data standards, control requirements, SLA and the related business needs. The Customer MD team will manage customer requests for BC, WD and DSD. As the Master Data Analyst you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity for existing customer data, interpreting data into standardized Wesco data framework, and performing data quality checks. You will develop and manage business relationships with project team members and senior leaders across the organization. In addition, you are responsible for driving performance improvement through the dissemination of data analysis and reporting, communicating analysis findings, and directing supply chain partners to the correct course of action. You must have an understanding of customer and supply chain partner data sources, and how these data sources can be utilized to improve Wesco performance.
**Responsibilities**

+ Perform functions related to the collection, aggregation, consolidation, maintenance, and distribution of data throughout the organization and ensure the integrity of the master data.

+ Execute procedures to maintain data integrity.

+ Gain an understanding of customer data flows, sources, and data transformations across multiple data sources.

+ Perform data quality analytics and key performance indicators assessments to ensure quality of data.

+ Assist in the development and training of data quality practices.

+ Manage, cleanse and facilitate customer and supplier information within the industry.

+ Document, monitor, and improve processes and controls related to areas of responsibility.

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree required/Masters' Degree preferred- Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience

+ 3+ years of experience in a Data Analytics role.

+ Strong analytical background.

+ Understanding of data quality standards, methods, processes, tools, and controls.

+ Self-starter with the ability to seek out new problems and develop solutions, while having strong sense of ownership.

+ Analytical and data-driven with a knack for driving business decisions through data and analytics.

+ Self-sufficient and motivated to obtain the skills or knowledge necessary to accomplish tasks.

+ Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

+ Ability to conduct root cause analysis and communicate recommendation to resolve, switch quickly between details and the big picture.

+ Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
