We are seeking a MASTER DATA ANALYST in Wausau, Wisconsin at Aspirus, Inc. The Master Data Analyst is responsible for the integrity of the data that resides within the Lawson system. They act as the gatekeeper for item data to ensure accuracy within Lawson. Verifies data for newly requested items as well as maintains existing item data within the Lawson system. Partners with other areas of Supply Chain to resolve item issues or discrepancies. Collaborates with internal teams to develop or improve processes. Analyzes vendor item data in relation to data housed in Lawson and performs revisions as necessary. Utilizes best business practices and individual judgment for completeness of the Lawson item master.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS


Knowledge of purchasing practices, contracts, and agreements normally acquired through completion of an Associate Degree in Business, IT, Finance/Accounting or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree in IT, Finance/Accounting or Business beneficial. Three to five years' experience in a purchasing environment or business office, with knowledge of medical equipment and supplies and accounting principles beneficial. Demonstrates strong clerical and computer skills. Must be proficient in Excel with intermediate to advanced knowledge of spreadsheets for detailed analysis, with the ability to perform v-lookups, pivot tables, and more complicated formulas beneficial. Demonstrates a process driven mindset and has strong communication and customer service skills. Possesses excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize own workload. Possesses strong analytical skills, with a high attention to detail and accuracy.

Meet data standards, control requirements, SLAs and related business needs. The Customer MD Senior Analyst will manage customer requests for all Business Units as required.

Ensure customer data are maintained as per data standard, control requirements and defined service level agreements (SLAs).

Develop and support relationships with key stakeholder groups, and collaborate with manager and team to support business needs.
