Woodhouse Day Spa is seeking Full and Part time therapists to cover shifts throughout the week. We are turning guests away!

Full Time and Part Time positions available.

Woodhouse Estheticians
:

• Follow our award winning protocols, providing some of the best facials in the spa industry
• Demonstrate their expert skills with microdermabrasion, waxing and body treatments.
• Educate the guest on the benefits of services performed and is a retail rock star!
• Prepares each and every treatment
• Makes each guest feel special, providing a unique experience each and every time.
• Has their current license for Master Esthetician in Virginia.
• Is a steward of the Woodhouse brand and standards.

We are seeking Master and Basic Licensed Estheticians who are looking for a long-term role in a

environment. Hand & Stone provides high quality, result driven facial treatments delivered in a supportive environment.
Our menu has expanded to include the latest advancements in skincare including LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE, Dermalinfusion, Cryoskin, Microdermabrasion and Chemical Peels.

Our Estheticians love the opportunity to
build a treatment plan
for their clients that may incorporate one or more of these progressive treatment options. Professionals can build repeat business with our membership model.

Our estheticians are a critical link to create an outstanding customer experience. Your expertise in skin care and product knowledge will make you an important part of our team. We book your appointments and provide all supplies so you can focus on the client. Education is a huge focus and is offered on an ongoing basis through Education on Demand platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent care to clients by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe treatment plans based on client’s skin care goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experience for clients through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas

Job Requirements:

• Strong retail and in-room upgrade record and/or potential
• Carry liability insurance/or be willing to obtain prior to employment
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians
• Participate in Hand and Stone training and follow service and client interaction protocols
