The High Security Sales and Business Development Manager is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, supporting regions and branches in meeting sales targets, and ensuring sales growth within a specific geographic area and/or vertical market. Devise sales strategies, analyze data, address customer concerns, and identify business development opportunities. A Sales and Business Development Manager - High Security plays a crucial role in driving revenue (sales) growth and expanding business within their assigned territory and/or vertical market area with a blend of sales and business development techniques and is responsible for building relationships, developing short, medium, and long-term project and customer prospects converting those to sales in support of region and branch sales opportunities and goals.

Responsibilities
Leadership
Lead the implementation, and success of the high security sales and business development program for the assigned area, customers, or vertical market
Supports sales personnel across the assigned area and/or vertical to achieve program sales goals
Lead the development of a business development pipeline for the assigned area and/or vertical market
Work interdepartmentally with minimal supervision to build the program and achieve milestones
Act as the high security business and sales development resource for the assigned area and/or market vertical
Accountability
Accurately forecast sales pipeline activity and support sales activities to achieve high security business unit program sales and profitability goals
Prospect for and develop new sales and business; cultivate relationships and opportunities; analyze market data, and close sales while tracking activities in the CRM tool and INFOR as appropriate
Act as a salesforce multiplier, educating & assisting regions and branches, facilitate the sales process across an assigned area and/or vertical markets including quotes, follow-up, and closing sales
Build & maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other departments to align business development, marketing, trade show, sales, and sourcing strategies with Director and program goals
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Travel up to 60% within the assigned territory and/or vertical market to support sales and customer engagement

Required Education and Experience
Associate's degree, two-year college, technical school, or equivalent work experience (Bachelors Degree Preferred)
At least ten (5) years' relevant work experience with at least three (3) years of experience in Physical Security/High Security sales especially Business to Business (B2B)
Excellent Computer Skills: Outlook Email, Excel, Word, ERP system experience
Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), or equivalent preferred
Must have a valid Driver's License

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
This Parts & Supplies Manager will develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales and gross profit of Lennox parts & supplies business.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Selects the correct products or assist customers in making product selections based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
Facilitates vendor relationships and aftermarket sales training at the local level Negotiates prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
Ensures high post-sales satisfaction, facilitating positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers.
Will coach and mentor sales representatives on selling HVAC aftermarket parts and supplies.

What We Are Looking For
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requires at least five years related experience.
Requires strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.
Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. (This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems)
Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. (This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction)
Effective at written and verbal communication.
Requires intermediate industry and product knowledge.
Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
What We Offer
Compensation: The total compensation range for this position is $97,600-$128,100 and will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education. Under the plan, target compensation is anticipated to be 70% base salary and 30% commission. New hires are guaranteed to receive at least the target commission for six months. The competitive compensation plan also includes an uncapped bonus structure based on performance exceeding 100% of the plan across three individual categories. The bonus amount increases as performance surpasses quota, so the potential payout is not fixed and can grow as over-quota achievements increase.
