Specific areas of responsibility:

+ Manage multiple clean rooms productions planning

+ Develop S&OP Plan (Master Scheduling) to meet corporate inventory goals

+ Manage weekly inventory flows for 11 subsidiaries outside of the U.S.

+ Manage inventory lot releases in order to minimize back orders

+ Manage lot releases related to Document Control and Quality functions

+ Manage custom inventory shipping requirements such as IFU's, labels and product types

+ Follow SOP35-010 with attention to annual licensing changes

+ Manage, monitor and record weekly sterile load shipments

+ Monitor and solve any relevant order threats

+ Assist in roll-out of Enterprise Resource Planning system throughout manufacturing operations

Job Summary:

Plan the plant's 12-month production activity to ensure service to customers taking into account resource availability and industrial constraints while optimizing inventory levels. Serve as primary point of contact for GBSC teams for OMA managed catalog. Align the strategy and parameters with GBSC teams giving the plant mid and long-term visibility. Optimize plans with given constraints and adapt to demand changes.

Key Job Accountabilities:

* Develop a 12-month rolling production plan in collaboration with GBSC teams and MSC, allocate medium-long-term capacity of the plant, and ensure the production plan is feasible. Also, alert GBSC teams in case of risk of nonrealization.
* Determine business priorities with the GBSC team to translate into a production plan & provide availability dates on low stock items.
* Manage the relationship with divisional cross functional partners and build trust by information sharing, collaboration and driving initiatives to achieve service level targets and other key operational KPIs.
* Lead strategic initiatives and partner with the MSC team to define ways to improve recovery on top service offenders, identify areas of opportunity and employ creative solutions to resolve operational bottlenecks.
* Work with short term planners to adapt the monthly/weekly production plan based on requests and collaboration from the GBSC teams.
* Challenge the results on achievement and adherence to ensure 100% realization of the validated plan & track plan stability by division.
* Define production priorities based on launches or/and business priorities and resource availability
* Regularly monitor Supply Chain performance and agility KPI and lead the corrective measures. Analyze the plant performance in terms of production plan realization (Achievement/Adherence), Service, Gap to Net Requirement & percent to ideal plan. Report a summary of key indicators to other departments.
* Lead the Validation meeting with plant management committee. Lead the supply chain review with GBSC teams.
* Analyze business signals (demand fluctuations / safety parameter updates) & proactively alert the OMA MSC & leadership of major plan changes.

Required Experience/Training:

* Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or Supply Chain discipline preferred
* [1-3] years of experience in a high-performance manufacturing facility OR supply planning - cosmetics industry preferred.
* SAP experience preferred
* APO planning
* Advanced Excel strongly recommended (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs etc.)
* Must have strong written/verbal and communication and analytical skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously; manage change, provide program management and achieve results.

**What You Will Achieve**

This colleague is responsible for assisting in the design of Supply Chain process for product(s) and executing the planning process to meet global customer demand metrics while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

As Master Production Scheduler, this colleague will play a leadership role within the Supply Planning Team, such as objective setting and progress tracking.

**How You Will Achieve It**

The Master Production Scheduler responsibilities includes, but not limited to:

+ Works with the Business Supply Leader (BSL) group in validating the Master Production Plan through rough-cut capacity and leveling according to identified resources and constraints for product chain.

+ Ensures the Business Supply Leader plan can be achieved based upon available capacity. Reviews such plan on a regular basis with the BSL and collaborate to produce a balanced and supportive plan for the Operation area.

+ Runs analyses on multiple supply alternatives to support launches, regulatory filings, market expansion, product extension, capacity planning, etc.

+ Gathers data inputs from various stakeholders to ensure analyses encompass all key decision variables

+ Communicates recommendation effectively in order for stakeholders to thoroughly understand key implication of each potential alternative.

+ Coordinates and directs weekly and periodical meetings, resolves issues and follows actions arising from meetings such as re-prioritization and expediting of supply of critical SKUs, Quality issues closures and agreement of release priorities. Works with Production to review key metrics impacting demonstrated Planning standards and capacity assumptions- such as line efficiencies and schedule adherence.

+ Ensures Master Data updates and parameters are maintained correctly (BOM's/ recipes/ Planning Parameters Production Version), in a timely manner and with adherence to defined procedures and processes.

+ Ensures Production plan accuracy and system and clean up, as per Planning Cycle.

+ Leads/ supports implementation of Lean and Six Sigma Projects and initiatives, develops and implements long-term Supply Chain and systems strategies to support broad business objectives.

+ Facilitates Supply & Operations meeting and preparation meetings.

+ Leads / participates in projects that support attainment of corporate goals (Cycle Time reduction, system improvements).
