Job Description
As the Human Resources Associate, your role will provide day-to-day HR support across a variety of key functions including payroll assistance, attendance tracking, hourly recruiting, employee engagement, and wellness initiatives. Job Description
The Finishing Production Manager will lead production operations for MasterBrand's finishing department, overseeing the Venjakob, Pater Noster, and hangline systems that apply stain, paint, and coating processes to wood cabinetry assemblies. This critical role is responsible for enforcing process controls, maintaining high product quality standards, ensuring equipment efficiency through Preventative Maintenance, and driving continuous improvement. In addition, this role will focus on developing a high-performing team through strong leadership and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Process Control
Oversee daily production operations for finishing lines, including automated and semi-automated Venjakob, Pater Noster, and manual hangline systems.
Enforce process control systems and ensure compliance with quality standards through Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other methodologies.
Monitor production metrics, set targets, and develop strategies to achieve high efficiency, throughput, and quality.
Identify and address bottlenecks, variability, or downtime factors, leveraging problem-solving techniques and corrective actions to maintain smooth operations.
Quality Assurance & SPC Implementation
Manage SPC charts and implement real-time data tracking to ensure coating quality and consistency.
Conduct root cause analyses for quality deviations and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to update and enforce quality protocols in the finishing process.
Preventative Maintenance
Develop and oversee Preventative Maintenance schedules for finishing equipment, including Venjakob, Pater Noster, and hangline systems.

Ensure routine inspections, maintenance checks, and repairs are completed on schedule and to standard.
Team Leadership & Development

Lead, train, and mentor a team of production operators, technicians, and support staff in the finishing department.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and build development plans to support career growth within the team.

Primary Responsibilities
Drives in a safe manner, following local and state laws, DOT regulations, and maintaining proper following distance.
Ensures vehicles are properly maintained and equipped with required safety equipment.
Turns vehicles in for periodic maintenance and for necessary repairs, keeping a record of vehicle inspections as required by regulation and company policy.
Turns in Bills of Lading according to company policy and procedures.

Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
2 years verifiable trucking experience.

No at fault DOT recordable crashes in the past 3 years.
No major moving violations during the past 1 year.
No positive drug screens, or refusal to test.
No convictions for reckless driving or following too closely in a commercial vehicle.
Driver must be enrolled in the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse prior to applying for employment as a CDL Driver. Driver will be required to submit to a hard query upon consideration for employment.
Properly maintains a Driver Record of Duty Status, logging driving activities, and ensuring compliance with DOT regulations regarding hours-of-service as required.
Must be able to stoop, bend, and kneel frequently as they secure the loads. Oftentimes they are required to climb up and down from the trailer to secure or check on the securement of the loads.
Drivers may at times be required to drive several hours at a time, meaning extended sitting and little activity for long periods followed by short bursts of activity during loading or unloading.

The Industrial Design Product Specialist - CMF Focus plays a critical role in shaping the visual and tactile experience of MasterBrand products through strategic development of color, material, and finish. This role supports new product innovation and the product development funnel, translating design intent into technical specifications and vendor partnerships.
