The Services Business Development team is looking for a Director supporting Sales Services and Business Development to drive growth of our value-added services within the Loyalty space. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling to senior executives, navigating matrixed organizations, and utilizing solution-based selling to drive clear value for customers. Go-to-Market & Feature Launches * Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for new products and features - from positioning and launch planning to post-launch measurement. * Develop launch frameworks, playbooks, and campaign plans that support adoption goals across different venue segments and markets. * Partner with Product and Lifecycle Marketing to ensure feature launches are integrated into venue communications and educational programs. * Oversee the creation of marketing assets, content, and in-product merchandising that highlight new feature value and drive venue engagement. Adoption, Enablement & Insights * Drive product adoption and engagement among venue partners through strategic campaigns, education, and enablement. * Oversee development of sales and partner enablement materials, including product one-pagers, decks, FAQs, and launch toolkits. * Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent product storytelling and effective training on new features. * Partner with the Operations, Insights & Planning teams to monitor adoption metrics, campaign performance, and customer feedback to continuously refine product positioning and go-to-market strategy. Leadership & Collaboration * Build and lead a high-performing product marketing team, developing strong go-to-market expertise and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Serve as the key connector between Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment on feature readiness, launch timing, and success metrics. * Represent the voice of the venue across the organization, ensuring product and marketing decisions reflect partner needs. Qualifications: * 8-10 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS, technology, or marketplace environment. * Proven success leading product marketing functions, including positioning, messaging, launch strategy, and adoption marketing. * Deep understanding of go-to-market frameworks and experience driving measurable product engagement and feature adoption. * Strong partnership skills with Product, Sales, and Design teams; adept at translating product complexity into clear, compelling marketing stories. * Experience developing and managing enablement programs and marketing assets for customer-facing teams. * Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. * Familiarity with the restaurant and hospitality industry, with an understanding of operator needs and motivations preferred. * Highly organized, strategic, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to inspire, develop, and drive impact through a high-performing team.
