Overview The Mastercard Software Builders Experience (MSBX) team is looking for a Product Manager-Technical to drive the transformation of developer experience across Mastercard. This role will support the enablement of software engineers by improving documentation workflows, streamlining onboarding for internal products, and enhancing platform usability. The Specialist will collaborate across engineering, product, and technical writing teams to ensure developers can build, deploy, and operate high-quality software with speed and confidence. Role • Product Management-Technical (PM-T) is a technical product management role that partners closely with customers, Technical Program Managers, Software Design Engineers, and User Experience teams. • Defines and guides products-often technical-from conception to launch by bridging the technical and business worlds. • Breaks down requirements into features and user stories, prioritizes the backlog, and defines acceptance criteria. • Takes a long-term view, becoming domain experts beyond the scope of a single project. • Provides engineering teams with a well-groomed backlog of features and user stories. • Promotes reuse of product building blocks and drives continuous innovation for internal and external customers. • Defines how new capabilities fit within the platform ecosystem and writes/prioritizes user stories to build new components. • Surfaces commercialization opportunities for their building blocks and proposes ideas to product development teams for further advancement.
