About the Role
The Workplace Experience Agent is an integral part of Latham's Workplace Experience team and will be responsible for overseeing, anticipating, facilitating, and fulfilling the frontline support needs for all personnel and guests working in our space, with a particular focus on their work area and related requests and requirements, while establishing and maintaining genuine connections with clients, creating customized and seamless experiences, greeting and escorting visitors, addressing client concerns, anticipating needs, and providing information about amenities and services. POSITION SUMMARY
The Business ServicesSpecialist (BSS) is an integral part of the Business Services Team (BST) and reports to the Supervisor, Business Services. BST provides advanced application and document support for lawyers and professional staff in all offices. Using Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Adobe, and other software tools, the team creates and corrects complex legal documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, as well as marketing material and other firm content. About the Role
The Senior Paralegal is an integral part of Latham's Legal Professional and Paralegal team. This role will be responsible for managing and leading all supportive aspects for structured finance and securitization transactions across various stages, including, new issuances (both revolving and static), refinancings, reissuances, and resets, as well as other complex business securitizations, while executing a range of legal tasks, including but not limited to, organizing, analyzing, drafting, reviewing, and summarizing documents related to structured finance transactions. This role will be located in either our Chicago or New York office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the closing process, which includes the creation of execution version documents, coordination of signature page compilation, analysis, and collection of documents that are conditions precedent to closing, and assembling legal opinions and closing documents
Preparing and assisting with the assembly and review of transaction-related documents
Preparing and distributing post-closing documentation
Preparing and assisting with filings to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other government bodies, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Facilitating the formation of various business entities, including the preparation and filing of organizational documents (certificates of organization or formation, bylaws, Limited Liability Company (LLC) agreements, and Limited Partnership (LP) agreements)
Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

Overview
Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Legal Technology, the Legal Technology Senior Analyst provides advanced support to the firm's clients and case teams. Their functions include e-discovery consulting, project management and technology training for all stages of the litigation process. This position works independently on medium to large sized/complex matters, and delegates tasks to the junior members of the team. The Legal Technology Senior Analysts will be responsible for implementation of litigation applications and technology based solutions. Availability for overtime and flexibility for travel are required.
Responsibilities
Consult with case teams to assess and support technology needs throughout all stages of litigation process.
Responsible for the advanced technical and project management aspects of discovery, including the stages outlined in the Electronic Discovery Reference Model.
Interact with client's General Counsel and IT department in order to identify potential relevant data sources and execute plan to collect from these sources.
Interact with end users to understand data landscapes and architecture.
Provide case teams with guidance and recommendations regarding the selection of outside vendors. Act as liaison between the case team and vendor throughout the project.
Act as e-discovery project manager. Develop recommendations, plans, cost estimates, budgets, procedures and specifications for case-specific projects. Provide consultation and project management services to case teams regarding database design and e-discovery workflow, including guidance on the use of technology assisted review (“TAR”) and data analytics.
Develop and provide technology related training and document review workflow processes to case teams and the legal technology department.
Provide consultation on trial support services to case teams, on-site and courtroom technology, on-site support and trial presentation services.
Develop and provide one-on-one or case team training for litigation technology applications and courtroom technology as needed. Develop and teach litigation technology classes in the attorney and staff training programs. Prepare training materials and related documentation.

As the Senior Manager, IT Demand & Intake, you will lead the Firm's end-to-end intake process, ensuring each request is clearly defined, strategically aligned, and properly assessed before moving forward. You'll collaborate across Information Technology (IT) and business teams to validate scope, evaluate business value, and support prioritization decisions that shape the Firm's technology roadmap.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who excels at problem-solving, communication, and guiding stakeholders through structured processes. The position supports a hybrid work model in line with Firm standards.
* Manage Technology Intake by serving as the primary contact for new requests and ensuring submissions meet readiness standards.
* Facilitate Key Discussions to confirm objectives, scope, feasibility, timelines, and required resources.
* Assess Strategic Alignment by analyzing value, risk, cost, and dependencies, partnering with business and IT teams to clarify needs.
* Advance Requests Through the Lifecycle by maintaining accurate intake records and ensuring timely progression.
* Support Prioritization & Governance through request categorization, preparation for leadership review, and identification of overlaps or sequencing challenges.
* Analyze Resource & Budget Impacts with IT Finance and IT leaders to inform scheduling and funding decisions.
* Deliver Clear Reporting with forecasts, dashboards, and updates that support Firm-level planning and transparency.
* Guide Stakeholders by communicating decisions, setting expectations, and providing training on intake processes.
* Coordinate Cross-Functional Handoffs with Project Management, Vendor Management, and resource owners as work transitions into execution.
* Drive Process Improvements by refining workflows, templates, and governance standards to ensure consistency and efficiency.
What You'll Bring
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
* Experience: 8+ years in Information Technology (IT) project management, business analysis, portfolio management, or demand management.
* Large-Firm Experience: Background in a matrixed organization.
* Intake & Planning Expertise: Strong understanding of demand intake, portfolio prioritization, and strategic alignment.
* Analytical Strength: Ability to assess value, risk, cost, and dependencies.
* Stakeholder Facilitation: Skilled in leading discussions and influencing without direct authority.
* Communication Excellence: Clear written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Organizational Capability: Ability to manage multiple requests and maintain accurate data.
* Technical Skills:
* Preferred Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation, or similar.

Compensation
The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position in Chicago. This range may differ based on your geographic location and cost of living considerations. At Kirkland & Ellis, we consider compensation more than just a base salary. Compensation Range:
Chicago: $170,000 - $190,000
