Job Summary:
The position is responsible for directing and coordinating activities of the Product Engineering department including all areas of design, manufacturing, test components, products, and systems by performing the following duties personally or through the team.
Principal Responsibilities:
Direct department activities to design new products, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and develop test procedures.
Resolves problems using solutions that involve new techniques, technologies, or concepts.
Analyzes technology trends, human resource needs, and market demand to plan projects.
Confers with management, production, and marketing staff to determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing products.
Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests.
Advises management of new developments which may affect profit, schedule, costs, customer relations, and/or inter-departmental relations.
Provides direction and example for interpretation and application of company policies and procedures to the engineering activities.
Maintains a working knowledge of new technologies which may improve operations, and develops recommendations accordingly.
Be involved in new product gate reviews and review all new jobs for proper documentation and that the customer's needs are being addressed, as well as identifying ongoing needs for new as well as existing work.
Maintains a working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner.
Provide staff leadership, support, setting of goals and objectives, performance reviews, salary planning, career development and training.
Act as a coach, creating energized and motivated teams.

● Identify dependencies and align resource needs with Delivery, Ops, and other teams.
● Lead project kickoff meetings and establish communication frameworks.
● Provide end-to-end project coordination across Edge Strategy, Delivery, Ops,
Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other teams.
● Run weekly project check-ins, status meetings, and escalation reviews.
● Facilitate issue escalation, follow-ups, and cross-team resolution tracking.
● Track task completion and ensure alignment with SLAs, timelines, and quality standards.
● Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and RAID logs.
● Provide status updates and leadership reports with clear progress metrics.
● Monitor risks, blockers, issues, and scope changes, developing mitigation plans as
needed.
● Ensure compliance with policies, governance requirements, and operational readiness
standards.
● Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure Jira data integrity.
● Perform manual contract and pricing data entry (PVF, contract pricing) when required.
● Capture actions from monthly planning and cross-functional alignment sessions.
● Validate data completeness for downstream teams and stakeholder handoffs.
● Verify delivery completion across responsible teams.
● Finalize and close Jira tickets and associated documentation.
● Archive project materials in compliance with internal standards.
● Conduct lessons learned sessions and transition completed work to operational owners.
Qualifications
● 2-5+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting technical or
operations teams.
● Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
● Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Monday.com, Asana, MS Project,
Smartsheet).
● Understanding of risk management, change control, and cross-functional coordination.
● Experience with supplier onboarding, compliance processes, or data center/Edge
workflows a plus.
● PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar certification preferred.

Job Description
Position Summary:
A Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity. The Cycle Counter is responsible for monitoring warehouse, production, and performing cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified to be reflective of reported inventory. Duties also include miscellaneous stores/stockroom activities to maintain inventory accuracy through proper processing of material receipts, transfers, and issues.
Position Responsibilities:
Monitoring Inventory Levels within Plant
Maintain product identification and location program
Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them
Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations
Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner
Document damaged product (if within Cycle Count Process)
Inputting Cycle Count Data (Daily Counts Data)
Transferring / Moving material as needed
Qualifications
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment, heat and cold.
Ability to use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Ability to stand prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to hear sounds and differentiate between them.
Ability to visually understand distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and color vision.
Education/Experience:
Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Relevant warehouse experience within the last 5 years
Recent experience with Cycle counting/inventory
Certified to operate forklift/reach truck at current or previous company
Computer literate, Word, Excel and experience in any WMS. SAP is preferred.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, while keeping correct data
Strong verbal and written skills
Organizational Skills, Detail Oriented
