The Respiratory Therapist, either registered or certified by the National Board of Respiratory Care, provides essential Cardiopulmonary Services. This role involves adhering to established protocols approved by the medical staff and department policies to deliver timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to both inpatients and outpatients. The FEP Program Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation, and clinical delivery of evidence-based interventions for individuals aged 15-25 experiencing a first episode of psychosis. Attends to all billing reports, claims and correspondence required in connection with the services rendered in a timely fashion. * Demonstrates competency in provision of after hour, 24/7- emergency services and/or; day time crisis coverage. Completes and submits all crisis intervention documentation in a timely manner with minimal errors. * Initiates and participates in clinical supervision proportionate to licensure and level of experience and training in both peer and one to one settings. * May see agency level 2 rehab clients as needed. * Provides a minimum of 50% productivity/billable time per week.
