As the Cloud Infrastructure Engineer for the Tinder Resiliency team, you will work on building and maintaining robust, reliable, and highly available systems. The Team The Engineering team is responsible for building innovative features and resilient systems that bring people together. We're always experimenting with new features to engage with our members. Although we are a high-scale tech company, the member-to-engineer ratio is very high-making the level of impact each engineer gets to have at Tinder enormous.

Lead the collaboration with ML, product, infra, and other partner teams to evaluate the infra requests and make funding decisions
Lead mission critical initiatives involving 15-25 engineers and directly influence their day to day work through mentorship and leadership
What we're looking for:
BS (or higher) degree in Computer Science, or a related field
8+ years of professional experience as a hands-on engineer and technical leader leading multiple projects
