We are currently seeking a Material Master Data Analyst for Service Supply Chain. The Material Master Analyst will support (After-Sales) Service for the organization by managing the Master Data Management for its business requirements. This role requires the understanding of data standardization and how it affects operations throughout supply chain.

Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact related to the master data management of the Service organization.Support development and maintenance of system applications to ensure functionality.Collaborate with Systems and PLM team to implement design changes and resolve concerns.Create and educate stakeholders on material master data processes and business rules.Develop and design metrics tools to continuously improve processes and business practices for data integrity.Responsible for synchronization and integrity of master data across all related business areas Support business system and process integration across the organization including, but not limited to, engineering change management, production, finance, and other related business processes.Perform master data audits and validation to ensure conformance to business rules, standards, and metrics that meet business requirements.Assist with setting up business rules, standards, workflow, new procedures, and metrics for requesting or changing materials and other related business processes.Identify, collect and resolve data related errors and issues throughout organization.Actively participate and propose process improvement and data cleansing projects.Create training material and provide training as required.Perform other duties as assigned.
