We are currently seeking a Material Master Data Analyst for Service Supply Chain. The Material Master Analyst will support (After-Sales) Service for the organization by managing the Master Data Management for its business requirements. This role requires the understanding of data standardization and how it affects operations throughout supply chain.

Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact related to the master data management of the Service organization.Support development and maintenance of system applications to ensure functionality.Collaborate with Systems and PLM team to implement design changes and resolve concerns.Create and educate stakeholders on material master data processes and business rules.Develop and design metrics tools to continuously improve processes and business practices for data integrity.Responsible for synchronization and integrity of master data across all related business areas Support business system and process integration across the organization including, but not limited to, engineering change management, production, finance, and other related business processes.Perform master data audits and validation to ensure conformance to business rules, standards, and metrics that meet business requirements.Assist with setting up business rules, standards, workflow, new procedures, and metrics for requesting or changing materials and other related business processes.Identify, collect and resolve data related errors and issues throughout organization.Actively participate and propose process improvement and data cleansing projects.Create training material and provide training as required.Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineer, or equivalent of education 2+ years of related experience in data management and/or enterprise environment.Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP Experience in New Product Introduction, Product Lifecycle Management and Supply Chain operations Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Passion to continuously develop, improve, and maintain processes.Experience on SAP Master Data Class, Characteristics, Material Master, Bill of Material, DependenciesExceptional ability to interface and collaborate effectively with individuals, groups, and suppliers.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc. Job Types: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: Newark, CANotice regarding COVID-19 vaccination requirement as a condition of gainful employment within the United States

In partnership with Business Analysts and IT partners, guide the effective management of Supply Chain systems in a manner consistent with company's policies and vision.

ResponsibilitiesActively support teams to continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems across design and supply chain systems.On an on-going basis, help troubleshoot system issues and related correction efforts as needed.Partner with hub partners to maintain and effectively implement on-going fabric and color updates in the PLM system.Lead the development and maintenance of materials data in coordination with the materials developers and managers, including the development of user guides, training materials.Lead the materials data-related meetings, making sure the PLM system have the most accurate and updated information as it relates to materials requests and status/follow ups.Initiate and support the development of efficient materials operational policies and procedures.

Requirements3 years' experience managing an PLM System Knowledge/understanding of apparel/materials systems, experience with Enovia/Flex PLM system is a plus.2 years Hands-on experience with apparel/ textiles.MS office tools, and analytics capabilities.Strong interpersonal skills, particularity time management, teamwork, communication and listening skills.Experience with materials/apparel sourcing and supply chain environment.Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple cross functional teams across the globe.

Support daily business in responsiblity area, set up, and regularly review roadmaps with Plant Material Mgrs
- Define improvement and cost saving projects

- Meet profit plan for logistics in plant

- Control and review new programs, ensure conformity with PLUS, MEQ and 0-100-3

- Regular reviews with plants on new projects/launches for the whole supply chain

- Ensure Adient Standards to be used (PLUS,BOS,MEQ...) in logistic department in plants

- Support new product / line launches during ramp up period

- Plan and design material flow/logistics for new projects/launches during all PLUS-Phases

- Materials & Logistics Planning for plant location analyses

- Support plant logistic department in Materials System (MFG/Pro) in case of product changes, new product launches and phase outs together with plant logistics manager

- Co-operate to define targets, roadmap for improvement with plant logistics manager

- Regular review with plants on targets during daily business (logistic costs incl. packaging and transportation, inventories, obsolescence, timings, ..)

- Use the standard logistics packages for quotes for new projects, ensure that correct logistics database is available for RFQ's.
