Job Objective: To perform warehouse functions with the highest levels of productivity and accuracy.
Essential Job Functions:
Execute picking and receiving transactions accurately, as well as systematically carries out computer transactions on applications use in receiving (Oracle, highjump, and label making applications).
Perform material movements, cycle counts, and receiving transactions to insure inventory accuracy as well as visibility to all inventory on the above applications.
Understanding of department procedures and requirements. Perform other duties as required by management.
Must be able to use / drive forklift, order picker, turret and other equipment used in receiving.
Move chemicals and/or wastes within the facility.
Maintain the chemical storage area(s) and/or waste storage areas(s) in a clean and orderly manner.
Packages, labels, and prepares wastes for storage and transportation as requested.
Inspects the facility and equipment regularly, notifies appropriate personnel of any incidents or occurrences that may trigger implementation of the Contingency Plan.
May perform additional emergency response activities, including assisting in stopping or containing a release, as directed by the emergency coordinator.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Required:
One year of warehouse experience.
Obtain lock out tag out, haz/mat certification within 30 days.
Must be able to obtain a forklift license.
Able to follow standard operating procedures.
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to maintain and/or exceed work standards which will be reviewed at regular intervals.
Able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
High School or GED.
Ability to self-pace learning including book, web-base and classroom participation.
Desired:

POSITION SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving/Put-Away:
* Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Input data accurately into WMS.
* Efficiently stack and store product in appropriate area.
* Maintain an organized work area.
Order Picking:
* Pull and prepare for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
* Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.

Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED:
● Provide outstanding guest service by assisting and directing guests on and off chairlifts in a safe, professional, and efficient manner. ● Check all guests boarding the lift for a valid ticket or pass using a scanner.
● Monitor and assess guest's needs by slowing chairlifts down for their safety.
● Shovel snow, chip ice, sweep chairs, and maintain loading and unloading ramps in a safe and efficient manner.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in receiving operations, inventory management, and forklift operation ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of all incoming shipments to our Crafco manufacturing facility. We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Receiving Specialist to be a part of the logistics team. Requires strong background in receiving operations, inventory management, and forklift operation. The primary receiver will oversee the efficient unloading, meticulous inspection, and accurate count and verification of all incoming parts, supplies and materials. Collaborating closely with the purchasing team, stockroom supervisor, and parts shipper, you'll ensure seamless coordination to expedite parts to their designated locations or to a location that you select and document in computer. This role involves receiving and processing shipments from carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and international sources. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in accurately entering receipt information into the SAP computer system. The Receiving Specialist will also serve as a reliable backup for the parts shipper during their absence, or if help is needed, ensuring continuity of operations and timely shipments.

Specific Duties:

Support inventory accuracy by labeling and staging materials correctly, and ensuring timely system transactions. Place materials in proper stock locations. Shall move finished goods from the Quality Control area to the stockroom in a safe, timely, organized manner. Place parts/materials in proper locations, or create new/overflow locations if needed and update SAP. Effective rotation of stock to ensure accurate part revision levels are managed correctly.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with inventory control, purchasing, and quality teams to maintain high standards of accuracy and accountability. Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to receiving processes and inventory control. Work closely with purchasing, inventory control, engineering, stockroom personnel & material handlers, Shipping Specialist, and quality teams; clear written and verbal communication.

* Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts to unload and move shipments within the warehouse.
