Job Purpose: The Loader is responsible for safely and efficiently loading aluminum boats and related components onto trailers or transport vehicles for delivery to SeaArk Boats customers. This role ensures that all boats are secured according to company standards and that shipping documentation is accurate and complete.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load boats onto trailers or trucks using forklifts, hoists, or other equipment
• Secure boats and components to prevent damage during transit
• Inspect boats for quality and completeness before shipment
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments
• Complete and verify shipping paperwork, including bills of lading and load documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized loading area
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of loading equipment
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to operate forklifts, hoists, and other heavy equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and load instructions
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
Requirements
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations (marine industry a plus)
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one
• Valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature occasionally.
• May involve working outdoors or in industrial environments
• Use of protective equipment such as gloves and safety glasses
• Must be able to bend at waist and knees, climb on and off ladders, equipment, or boats and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds when necessary.

As a Material Handler you will be responsible for loading, unloading, processing and storing hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials at a permitted waste treatment facility with supervision.
Essential Functions & Requirements:
* Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
* Loads, unloads and processes solid and liquid waste safely in accordance with Company, federal, state and local regulations/rules

Be properly attired when arriving at work to include - proper uniform (clean and pressed), hat (Coke identified only), black hard toe polished shoes (no tennis shoes), facial hair that is professional looking, meaning the facial hair is groomed, trimmed, short, and maintained in such a way as to not be ragged, sloppy, scraggly, or patchy, hair well groomed, and good personal hygiene.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have a Valid Class “A” CDL license.
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Language Skills: Ability to read. Ability to respond to Customer and employee inquires. Good communication skill required.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions supplied both written and verbal.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Class “A” CDL license, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.

Other Qualifications: Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack to lift/move product.

Position Description:
Comply and perform proper methods of loading and unloading various cargos, including hazardous and nonhazardous materials, to include connecting and disconnecting loading and unloading hoses, pressure hose, and product pump; monitoring gauges; opening and closing valves; and gauging depth of product in cargo tank and/or storage tanks.
Ensure the correct gallons and grades are safely being loaded and delivered at the correct location.
Safely drive to and from various locations as dispatched.
Provide fantastic customer service.
Follow all Department of Transportation safety regulations, all loading facility rules, and all applicable laws at all times.
Maintain, clean, and perform regular inspections of all company owned and leased equipment.
Maintain qualification to drive through mandatory physicals, drug screens, license renewals, etc.
Attend mandatory safety meetings.
Required Qualifications - Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Knowledge and Skills Class A commercial driver's license with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
Two years of CDL driving experience with hazmat and safe record.
Maintain qualification to drive as mandated by the Department of Transportation.
Thorough understanding of hazardous materials pick-up and delivery procedures.
Understanding of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations with an emphasis on the Hazardous Materials section of the regulations.
Must be able to work day shift, night shift, weekends, and holidays. The fuel transportation business is 24/7/365.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time driving.
Must be able to bend, lift, carry, connect, disconnect, mount, and dismount heavy pieces of equipment (i.e. commercial grade fuel delivery hoses) and without creating a safety hazard.
Maintain authorization to load and unload product at facilities we conduct business with once authorized in the training process.
