Responsibilities
* Load and unload trucks for daily routes, ensuring no scratches or damage and correct item placement.
* Pull and stage furniture for the next day's deliveries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Clean, touch up, and repair furniture to ensure it is rental-ready.
* Maintain and clean the warehouse, including breaking down cardboard and dumping trash.
* Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy, relocating products as needed.
* Participate in safety meetings, perform daily warm-ups, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Assist drivers on deliveries when needed.
* Participate in special projects and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
* Reliable transportation
* High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
* Previous warehousing experience preferred; priority consideration will be given to candidates with more and relevant experience
* Forklift Operator certification preferred; on-the-job certification provided
* Physically able and willing to move furniture; ability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis or 100 pounds with a partner
* Able to operate equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and stand-up reach trucks
* Must pass drug screening (does not include THC) as a condition of employment.
