**Your role at Clorox:**
Performs material and inventory movements in support of all manufacturing activities. + Resolve errors through established processes. Check or count products for accuracy and/or damage and infestation. Participate in the Lean program.
+ Participate in physical inventories.
+ Associates are required to train and utilize Good Documentation Practices.
+ Become knowledgeable with responsibilities of the other positions as directed by management. Assist as required. Act as backup at times of absence or vacation.
+ Material handling equipment must be operated in a safe manner by designated associates only.
+ Report all damage to product, equipment or other company property must be reported.
+ Keep equipment neat and orderly in compliance with guidelines set forth in the maintenance procedures.
+ Ensure all warehouse activity records are prepared in a timely manner and effectively maintained
+ Verify that orders were picked correctly.
+ Ensure shipping documents identify seal number and obtain signature from driver.
**Skills:**
+ Ability to write, match numbers, and identify correct location codes.
+ Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 50 lbs.
**Safety/Sanitation/Housekeeping**
Lean manufacturing processes including 5S must be followed at all times. Keep warehouse and work area clean, neat and orderly. Recognize our customer and BD's commitment to pride and Quality. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse and conduct all activities in a manner that promotes a safe environment. All injuries and accidents must be reported immediately to a supervisor or manager.
All associates are responsible for full participation in the daily stretching program. Participate in physical inventories. This job description may be changed at the discretion of the Company.
