Accurately pick products based on pick tickets and order specifications
Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
Maintain product integrity by following food safety and handling procedures
Ensure orders are correctly labeled, wrapped, and ready for shipment
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation guidelines to prevent spoilage
Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors
Keep work area clean and organized
Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned
As part of your role, you may be required to perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by your manager or the company. Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities are essential expectations for all positions
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in a warehouse or food distribution environment a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods
Basic math and reading skills
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Willingness to work in a refrigerated or freezer areas as needed

This position is responsible for receiving, storing, and moving material throughout the factory, warehouse, stockroom, and general premises, and assists production operations and other staff as necessary. This includes safe material movement and accurate recordkeeping of all related transactions. Material Handlers must become forklift certified.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Main Duties:
Pulls/replenishes parts, raw materials, and other production-related items. Delivers to appropriate areas as required
Wraps/unwraps, re-packages material as necessary for storage or production needs
Load/unload packages and pallets from trucks
Properly record transactions and mark/identify material/product
Deliver necessary items from the receipt or manufacturing point to the final storage location, avoiding bottlenecks in movement
Support high emphasis on safe practices
Cross-train, and provide essential support for all warehouse and stockroom practices
Recommend improvements to gain efficiency in materials movement and storage
Other Duties:
Cleaning up debris and clutter in the warehouse, on the production floor, and surrounding premises
Lifts/collects and appropriately handles loose or stray product
May help with forklift or stockroom duties as needed.

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will operate heavy equipment for a Site Development and Asphalt and Concrete Recycling Company. To be successful in this position, you must be able to work as part of a team, enjoy working outdoors, and be able to perform strenuous physical tasks throughout the day.
Heavy Equipment Operator Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures (Track Hoe, Loader, Dozer, Off Road Truck, Skid steer)
Load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers.
Load Trucks with recycled aggregate.
Ensure company equipment, material, and the work site are maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner.
Complete required paperwork, reporting, and other documentation.
Perform manual labor as necessary on the job site.
Job Requirements:
Must pass equipment test (selected candidates will be invited for testing prior to job offer).
Reliable transportation to assigned jobsite.
Experience required as a loader operator.
Ability to lift heavy loads.
