Work with Tools: Use shipping software (like ShipStation) and inventory platforms to process orders and update records in real-time. Support Logistics: Assist with coordinating shipments, troubleshooting delivery issues, and keeping things running smoothly across the supply chain. What We're Looking For: 1-2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory roles - especially in a fast-paced or startup environment. Experience using a software like Netsuite is a HUGE plus You're detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in doing things right the first time. Physically able to lift and move boxes (typically 30-50 lbs). Comfortable working independently - but you're a team player through and through.
