Responsibilities
Responsible for pulling orders based on pick ticket to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.
Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
Responsible for meeting productivity requirements.
Stage completed pallets in designated areas.
Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum 6 months of general work experience.
Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
Prior warehouse experience preferred.
Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs.
Daily Activities Repetitively lift, carry, and position product (weighing up to 50 lbs.) above shoulder height without assistance.
Consistent kneeling, squatting, and reaching above the head.
Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck, etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.

The Material Handler is responsible for receiving, storing, picking and distributing material and products within the Warehouse.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
* Transports materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
* Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
* Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, or other stock items and distributes items to production areas.
* Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets.
* Marks materials with identifying information.
* Opens bales, crates, and other containers.

Position Overview
We are hiring Seasonal Warehouse Workers to support order fulfillment during our peak season. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced print production environment. Warehouse workers will help ensure customer orders are packed, shipped, and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Receive and organize incoming materials
Stock shelves, move inventory, and maintain an organized work area
Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
Assist in general warehouse duties as assigned
Follow all safety, quality, and company policies
Shift is 1000 pm-600am Sunday to Saturday (7 days)

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift/Skid Steer Operator to join our team. The Operator will be responsible for safely operating forklifts and skid steers to move, load, and unload materials, maintain worksite cleanliness, and support overall construction and warehouse operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and adherence to all company and safety standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Safely operate forklifts and skid steers to move, load, and unload materials.
+ Transport materials around the job site or warehouse in an efficient and organized manner.
+ Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
+ Assist with loading/unloading trucks, staging materials, and organizing inventory.

**Physical Demands**
The physical demands described below are representative of those necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role on a construction site. This role requires significant physical exertion, including the ability to navigate active construction areas with uneven terrain, temporary and permanent stairs, ladders, scaffolding, and personnel hoists. Constant standing, walking, and performing repetitive physical tasks are required daily. The employee must frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing over 50 pounds with assistance or team lifting techniques. This position requires frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and reaching (above and below shoulder level). The employee must possess sufficient physical dexterity and balance to work safely at various heights and in confined spaces. Visual acuity (including close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus) is essential for tasks such as reading instructions, operating equipment, and ensuring safety. Adequate hearing (with or without assistive devices) is required to understand instructions and warnings in a noisy environment.
