Qualifications * Demonstrated ability to operate fork trucks and receive a certification on the same. * Basic computer skills to operate machine control panels with electronic switches. * Use, read and understand rulers and tape measures for measuring product specifications. * Read, write and speak English as required by safety standards and job expectations. * Basic math skills, i.e., addition, subtraction, multiplying, dividing and averaging, to track discarded material and calculate block quantities to build programs. * Possess professional interpersonal skills in order to understand and communicate with all team members. Responsibilities * Follow all company safety rules and procedures. * Operate fork truck inside or outside plant, placing racks, emptying debris containers, and assisting others in overall plant operations. * Maintain work area in clean and hazard-free condition per housekeeping standards. * Must be able to assist with all duties and responsibilities of utility person. * Properly set and remove product racks from conveyor without damaging finished product or racks. * Load pallet block injectors with wood or concrete block without damaging rack or product. * Demonstrate the ability to understand the basic operating cycle of the block machine, front end, car & crawler, batcher, cuber, and mixers per OEM equipment manuals. * Perform other functions and duties as required or directed as such. * Proper startup and shutdown of the block machine. * Assist with maintenance and repair of machinery. * Immediately report to supervisor any abnormal product or equipment issues. * Clean mixer and hoppers per standard plant procedure and equipment. * Ensure all material feed hoppers are checked every 2 hours and build as necessary. * Reporting for truck malfunctions, container-load pre-shift inspections, and applicable fork truck maintenance tasks such as checking fluid and fuel levels. * Safely and proficiently operate fork truck to load or place plant clean-up load/aggregate bins as required. * Assist with training of new employees. Qualifications * Demonstrated ability to operate fork trucks and receive a certification on the same. * Basic computer skills to operate machine control panels with electronic switches. * Use, read and understand rulers and tape measures for measuring product specifications. * Read, write and speak English as required by safety standards and job expectations. * Basic math skills, i.e., addition, subtraction, multiplying, dividing and averaging, to track discarded material and calculate block quantities to build programs. * Possess professional interpersonal skills in order to understand and communicate with all team members. Ability to work with others as well as independently when required. * Ability to learn the basic operation of production equipment. * Must be able to perform duties requiring bending, stooping, squatting, and crawling at least 50% of shift. Requires standing 75% of shift (based on 8-10 hour shift). * Must be able to lift concrete products and other objects weighing up to 95 pounds each from floor level to heights up to 4 feet. * Must be able to climb ladders up to 7 feet to access material hoppers and equipment platforms. * Work in a facility with seasonal temperatures ranging from 25° to 100° F.

The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe movement of all vessels located in the facility, and is required to inspect, repair, and maintain all assigned equipment. Duties and Responsibilities Safely transition boats in and out of the dry stack facility using the marina's forklift. Communicate with and safely dock or assist with all incoming or departing vessels. Demonstrate prompt and proper assistance when tying up all boats. Accurately fill out marina operations documents. Follow proper fuel dock operational policies and safety procedures while fueling boats. Accurately record the fuel inventory at the beginning and end of each day. Clean and maintain all docks, common areas, supplies, and equipment. Operate different types and sizes of boats, moving them from dock to dock to keep all boat traffic moving. Keep all dock lines, fenders and other dock equipment well maintained. Ensure that all customers' boats receive requested provisions and requirements in a neat and professional manner. Ensure all vessels are properly secured and protected from dock damage. Verify all boats have batteries charged before the customer's arrival. Maintain a clean and safe work area (keep lines coiled, all trash off docks, floors in barn, marina work deck, marina workshop, etc.). Operate small equipment when required in a safe, efficient, and professional manner (power tools, floor sweeper, golf cart, etc.). Wash, flush, and inspect boats, as required. Participate in the opening and closing of the facility. Handle forklift and facility repairs and maintenance, as required (bunk and rack repairs, sprinkler system, water hose repair, etc.). Assist with daily upkeep of the facility (trash, floors, fish cleaning station, bathrooms, etc.). Maintain awareness of all hurricanes, storms, fire, first aid, and hazardous spill contingency plans.
