Provide assistance when needed for loading and unloading outside dies and tooling.
Trailer switching.
Adhere to outside rack layout.
Verify that product matches paperwork for shipping/WIP racks.
Commitment/adherence to department cross training.
Maneuver the Taylor-100 “Big Red” 100,000-ton hilo.
Operate switcher to maintain bullpen and move trailers as required.
Rack and die inventory management.
Participate/maintain TPM/5S objectives in warehouse, pole barns, fork trucks, outside grounds, etc.
Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
Raising/Lowering trailers.
Connecting/Removing air lines.
Chocking wheels.
Follow the damage trailer process (tagging trailers with tag describing when, what was damaged, etc.).
Clearing scrap pad.
Additional duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Must have a valid Driver's License, and Fork Truck License or the ability to obtain one.
Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed, changing shifts when required to support the company and for the coverage of employee vacations.
Adhere to the two hours stay over as needed.
Basic Computer skills.
Class CDL-A preferred, not required.
Knowledge of R/F Guns.
3+ years' experience as a fork truck driver, switcher, tractor w/wet kit for gondola roll offs preferred.
