Key Responsibilities

Intellicom has a year contract with the state of North Carolina to upgrade 2 court rooms in every county in NC. The upgrade will consist of installing a Cisco Roomkit Pro which is essentially webex. . There will be two camera's installed in each courtroom one facing the judge the other will face the bench. The camera's to be installed are PTZ camera's and will be connected to the Cisco room kit. A 75 inch TV will be wall mounted and interconnected. There will be 5 microphones added to the kit and configured for use. There will a rack installed which will be prebuilt and configured . Most if not all the cable will already be pulled into the courtroom. There will be a lead tech at each jobsite who works directly with Intellicom to monitor the job.
One is a new construction job and they will require Steel toed boots and PPE (They will provide) and the other is an existing structure. They did not give the names of the customers.
The mid level tech will need punch down tool with 66 and 110 blades, snipes and knife and will be doing punch downs in the com closets and terminating jacks. Running the cable, hanging using J hooks and working with a Jr level tech. They will be working with perm Intellicom staff.
JR techs will need steel toed boots and snipes and knifes. They will primarily be pulling the cable hanging with J hooks and learning from the Sr guys how to do punch downs and terminating.

The Operator will be assigned the positions of Picker, Packer, Loader, or Rover on a rotating weekly basis. S/he will be accountable for the performance of each position's duties as assigned for the week.
Picker
Lead morning exercises.
Picks, set down and stage products in accordance with the daily plan, available staging area and the picking ticket.
Visually inspects pallets during set down and mark any damaged pallets or products observed.
Ensures a minimum of two orders are fully set down at all times during the business day, one being loaded, and one being packed. Seeks support from the Rover to achieve this duty when needed.
Marks/identifies each order with cone markers.
Group lots together as picked. Places a marker at any change in lots and identify mixed lot pallets.
Keeps all documents attached to clip boards and keeps clip boards in designated area with the order.
Ensures a minimum of 1 ½ loads are set down at the end of the day.
Completes all required shipping documents including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Supports teammates as needed.
Packer
Inspects all drums, bags, pallets, slip sheets and identify. Corrects or rejects any defect in accordance with SOPs.
Labels and/or marks all products and pallets as required.
Cleans, adjusts, changes pallets and applies any special packing requirements in final preparation before wrapping.
Ensures only drums assigned to the order are packed and any restricted or rejected drums not included.
Scans or checks off all items in completion of packing an order and issues a “No Errors” report.
Ensures one order is completely packed and ready for loading before the last pallet of the preceding order is loaded.
Ensures one order is completely packed and ready for loading the next day.
Seeks support from the Rover when an order may not be prepared in time for the Loader team.
Completes all required shipping documents including SOPs.

Empties scrap wood bin at least once per week or as needed.

Consolidates rows and racks when no rejects are needed.
Loader
Wraps or bands pallets as specified in SOPs and special instructions.
Applies pallet labels, slip sheets or covers as required.
Loads trailers using best configurations and customer specifications.
Blocks and braces loads while loading trailers.
Inspects, maintains, and operates wrappers.
Alternates “Trailer Loader” and Wrapper Loader” with each load.
Completes all required shipping document including SOPs.
Supports teammates as needed.

This handling includes rolling and pushing/pulling requiring 80 lbs. /force. Further exertion is required to strap drums on a pallet as well as rolling and stacking drums while loading trucks. Must be able to withstand extreme heat and cold when working loading trucks.
Must be able to visually identify an ever-increasing number of products and codes at a glance. A great deal of awareness is required to understand shipping instructions and to interpret the many guidelines for each functional procedure. Must be able to enter and transact inventory data and order information in the computerized system(s).
Must be able to safely and efficiently operate forklifts, shrink wrappers, spotting tractors, power tools, strapping tools, safety equipment, bar code scan guns, ladders, a number of hand tools and miscellaneous equipment.
Must handle and package finished goods with care to avoid product damage, which could result in customer rejection of product.
Not directly responsible for work of others; although the team concept requires coordinated efforts such as driving forklifts, loading, labeling, checking and double-checking of inventory items or picked/packed finished goods.

Operate forklift equipment to move, stage, and load finished goods for shipment
Load and unload trailers according to shipping schedules and documentation
Transport pallets and materials to designated shipping and storage areas
Verify product counts, labels, and pallet condition prior to shipment
Assist with wrapping, banding, and securing pallets for transport
Follow all shipping documentation, work instructions, and scanning procedures
Maintain accurate inventory movement through proper handling and scanning
Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
Perform additional warehouse or shipping duties as assigned by supervision
Qualifications
Previous forklift operating experience required
Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
Experience in shipping or warehouse environments a plus
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Physical Requirements

Under general supervision, transports guests and residents with their luggage to and from the curbside of their Island destination. Complies with company Customer Service standards. Reports to the Shift Supervisor.
ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLES OF WORK

Essential Functions:
Loads and unloads luggage onto/from dollies and loads and unloads the dollies onto/from the ferry. Unloads other items such as, but not limited to: bicycles, golf clubs, boxes, etc.
Directs pedestrian traffic by handling ropes, ensures that departing and arriving passengers get on/off boat in orderly fashion.
Prepares trams for operation. Keeps tram clean and orderly.
Politely and cheerfully greets customers and directs them to the appropriate tram. Assists them with the loading of luggage onto the tram at the ferry landing. Transports customers and luggage to their destination and helps them with unloading luggage from the tram.
Checks tram fluid levels daily. Reports any equipment or mechanical problems with tram and repairs if authorized. Washes and cleans trams as needed.
Operates vehicles at all times in a safe, courteous manner, complies with all traffic rules and laws.
Performs basic janitorial functions in and around the ferry landing, i.e. picks up all trash and empties trash cans. Sweeps and cleans office area, storage shed, and all assigned work areas.
Delivers mail and other packages transported on ferry. Loads mail for departure.
Takes immediate, pro-active action to identify owners of stray bags, or to locate reported missing items, and return them to their owners. Tags and places lost luggage in Lost and Found storage
area.
Maintains "Vehicle Preventive Maintenance Check List" on a daily basis.
Work schedule includes days, evenings, weekends and holidays, outdoors in all weather
conditions.
Additional Functions:
May fulfill the duties of Dock Person and pre-scan passengers when required, due to
personnel shortages.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Graduation from high school or equivalent and, one year of fully licensed driving experience. Commercial or truck driving experience is preferred coupled with skills in dealing with the public; or an equivalent combination of training and experience to provide the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT (S)
Appropriate North Carolina Driver's License for the weight and type of vehicle operated as required by the Department of Motor Vehicles. Clean driving record and the ability to drive a standard
transmission.
Must pass pre-employment drug test and be enrolled in random drug testing
program.
Requires the ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Some of your duties include:
