POSITION SUMMARY: Home Building Team Members perform the manufacturing production operations assigned to their team in the home building process. The position follows standard production methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Production teams ensure that all homes meet sales orders, prints, specifications, and building codes, while ensuring a high-quality standard in a timely manner. These duties may vary to include some or all of the following job responsibilities. You will use a forklift to stage apple bins and dump them. The Dumper is responsible for dumping raw fruit, concentrate, or other ingredients into the hopper or the dump tanks. The stager will stack fruit bins up to 8 bins high. All drivers must inspect their forklifts and check off their checklist before operating it. Employees must wear a face shield when changing the propane tank from the forklift. Drivers may be asked to perform other job duties.
