SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Under the general supervision of the assigned department administrator, perform a full range of warehouse duties; receive, store, and distribute materials, supplies, and equipment to support District operations. This position ensures accurate inventory management, timely on and off campus deliveries, and adherence to safety protocols within the warehouse and distribution areas.

AM Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 an hour depending on experience

As a Shipping Operator you will:
Packing products and preparing them for delivery. Navigating customer websites and data entry.
What will my responsibilities include?
Verifies and keeps records of outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment: Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
Prepares items to remain free from damage in transit or storage by use of protective sleeves, wrapping, and padding.
Is expected to visually inspect outgoing product as the last line of defense in the company-wide quality system.
Input of data entry.
May coordinate with others in preparing outgoing shipments.
Access customer portals to determine shipping instructions.
Move material to other areas of the factory.
Clean and maintain work area as part of 5s program
Maintaining 5's + Safety of department
Serve as a backup driver for the department when needed
Other reasonable duties as business and operational needs dictate - overtime may be required
