Other duties may be assigned. DC PACKER SUMMARY: Performs duties as assigned by the Department Supervisor/Manager involving packing merchandise into the correct carton. Seeks out assistance to double stack pallets to consolidate and make the most efficient use of dock space. Ensures pallets transported into aisles for put away are placed one bay off of final location to allow room for put away. In the performance of duties will be required to operate a variety of material handling equipment including deep reach and stand-up forklifts, slip sheet machines, stock pickers and rider-walkies.
