Responsibilities and duties may include but not limited to: Receive incoming materials, verify documentation, and perform visual inspections Accurately transact inventory movements within the ERP system Prepare and ship domestic and international orders, including Hazmat materials Generate and maintain shipping documents (BOLs, commercial invoices, packing lists) Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy initiatives Assist purchasing with PO receiving, discrepancies, and supplier communication as needed Required Skills: Working knowledge of shipping and receiving operations Experience with inventory management and ERP systems Understanding of Hazmat regulations and compliance Familiarity with international shipping requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Prior aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated-industry experience Purchasing or buyer support experience Forklift or material handling certification Knowledge of export compliance (ITAR/EAR) Education: High School with required 2-3 years experiences or bachelor degree or equivalent Clearance Level Required: NONE Travel: limited travel may be required with prior arrangement and communication. Working Conditions: Warehouse and office environment Exposure to shipping areas, machinery, and material handling equipment Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching Ability to operate material handling equipment Other Requirements: It is an essential requirement for the person in this role to have a legal right to work in the United States. Some positions may require Export Authorization and DoD Clearance. Salary: $29.00 - $30.00 an hour Salary depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus. The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of salary or annual bonus.
