COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $450,000-$600,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Responsibilities
Houses, cares for, and maintains a trained bed bug scent detection dog that has been assigned by the company. Administers daily training to ensure thorough and accurate inspections. Must be receptive to feedback and learning new dog training skills.
Drives to client locations to perform canine inspections in a variety of buildings, homes, and other environments. Provides friendly, cordial, timely service to clients and works to build strong relationships with them. Works with clients to explain canine inspection results, solve problems and make recommendations for future canine inspections.

Job Responsibilities
* Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) safely to move, load, and unload batteries and materials
* Supply production lines with required materials and remove scrap as needed
* Perform cycle counts, verify material accuracy, and track inventory in warehouse systems
* Receive, inspect, and record incoming and outgoing shipments; report discrepancies
* Support shipping operations including palletizing and staging loads for transport
* Maintain warehouse organization and safe traffic flow in storage and loading areas
* Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED required
* 1+ years forklift experience in manufacturing, shipping, or distribution required
* Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
* Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
* Basic computer skills (inventory tracking, system inputs)
* Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks in a hot environment
* Must be able to wear required PPE

Our San Antonio, Texas Distribution Center opened in 1995 and now employs more than 265 people. The site charges, packages, and ships batteries used in cars, boats, motorcycles, and heavy-duty trucks.
