AT A GLANCE:
The Warehouseman is primarily responsible for shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to H&P Personnel.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Follows inventory control procedures and policies.
Assists with local purchase negotiations.
Assists in maintaining the condition, security, and administration of warehouses and yards.
Performs inventories; submits inventory reports.
Assists in the coordination of the movement of material.
Assists with customs clearing of items being returned from International locations for repair and/or inspection.

WHAT YOU NEED:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three months or more related experience and/or training.
Forklift certified
Defensive driving
Thorough knowledge of inventory/warehousing practices and procedures.
Thorough knowledge of purchasing, warehousing, distributing and tracking costs of non-capital items.
Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management.
Good PC skills: Excel, Word, etc.
Ability to learn Oracle systems.
Able to operate forklift, aerial work platform and other material handling equipment.
Able to plan and organize multiple processes.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record to drive company provided vehicles.

Job Summary:
The Material Handler is responsible for safely loading, unloading, and moving materials within or near the site.
First Shift Schedule: 10 days on from 8am to 4pm, followed by 4 days off. Overtime required as business required.
Pay: Pay starts at $22/hour and can be adjusted with experince.
