Summary:

Inspect trailers and inbound materials for signs of shipment damage, contamination, and infestation. Report any damages to supervision.
Verify quantities, lot numbers, and production code dates against manifests and driver documents. Report any shortages, misplacements, or discrepancies to supervision.
Unload inbound trailer shipments safely and efficiently.
Move the product to the appropriate storage locations.
Pull and prepare the product for shipment, ensuring that the product comes from the proper locations and that the quantities and lot numbers agree with the picking documents.
Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.
Inspect trailers and outbound materials for signs of damage, contamination, and infestation. Report any damages to supervision.
Safely and efficiently move products from the staging or storage areas into trailers.
Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials using sit-down and stand-up style forklifts, or other power equipment with various attachments.
Inspect equipment daily and verify that it is operational and meets safety requirements before the start of the day's activity. Report any issues to supervision.
Maintain all equipment and materials in a neat, clean manner.
Operate all equipment safely and efficiently, following prescribed work methods.
Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that inventory control and security are maintained.
Ensure proper stock rotation.

May drive a lift truck, if certified, to move full and empty pallets

Keep the area clean from trash and debris
Keep all dropped containers picked up and sorted (good or damaged)

SUMMARY
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for assisting in warehouse operations, including but not limited to inventory control, loading and unloading raw material and finished goods, safety, and security.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:
· Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
· Inventory count accuracy, proper labeling, packaging and preservation for storage.
· Verify inventory levels monthly to management by conducting physical counts and reconciling these counts with the Enterprise IQ system.
· Monitor production for any current requirements of raw materials, packaging, supplies and components.
· Move items between NY-WH-STAGING to NY-WH-BROCTON and NY-WH-AUTOFORM.
· Check, reconcile and label any returned raw materials returned by production.
· Create internal material tags if needed.
· Reports discrepancies between actual weight and weight listed in IQ to the Logistics Manager.
· Daily monitoring of NY-WH-AUTOFORM for restock of product and housekeeping of NY-WH-AUTOFORM.
· As needed, stretch wraps finished product from production and records quantities on the inventory log.
· As needed, load shipments that have been scheduled by the Logistics Coordinator.
· As needed, unload shipments and confirm receipt of products. Check for damages and concerns in packaging.
· Daily maintenance and logs for company delivery vehicles and forklifts.
· Carries out duties as assigned by Logistics Management, and Company management.
· Transport, distribute, acquire and transfer material and product from off sight warehouse as needed.

Summary: The E-commerce Shipping Associate will provide support to the E-Commerce department and is responsible for moving product, packaging product, and shipping product.
Essential Duties:
The E-commerce Shipping Associate is responsible for order fulfillment operations for the E-comm department. Including but not limited to; picking, packing and processing outgoing orders, supply replenishment, and general warehouse procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Meet all benchmark requirements for units picked, packed and processed per hour.
Remain cross trained in other positions to support as needed.
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
Coordinate with team members to determine daily goals and work efficiently to package and ship orders.
Essential Skills:
Ability to learn and utilize listing and shipping software.
Ability to work in a collaborative work environment.
Strong sense of urgency
Past e-commerce/shipping experience preferred but not required.

Requirements:

Ability to consistently lift more than 25 lbs. and occasionally lift 30-50 lbs.
Must be able to stand, walk, lift, carry, and reach a minimum of 8 hours a day.
Work Environment:
Office and store environment with fluorescent lighting and climate-controlled temperature. Occasional or frequent exposure to dust, lint, and other irritants generated by the sorting and handling of donated goods. Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Occasional nontraditional (nights and weekends) hours. Occasional instances of short deadlines and fast paced situations or demands.
