Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Receiving Functions - Use a fork lift truck or manual truck to unload delivered materials. Check incoming items against purchase or production orders; complete receiver; use print file for identification, if necessary. Print and affix barcode labels on all incoming IP material. Stage material neatly and orderly within the receiving lanes.
* Identify any discrepancies or obvious damage on incoming material and immediately alert the Senior Material Department Lead. Immediately notify the purchasing department regarding any discrepancies on received purchase order items. Immediately notify the Senior Materials Lead and the appropriate remote DwyerOmega facility regarding discrepancies on received interplant orders.
* Assist with the overall coordination of the TNC process.
* Distribute MRO receipts to the designated employee or communicate the receipt via company email.
* Shipping Functions - Receive Finished Goods to satisfy Manufacturing or Sales Orders from P01, Engineering Lab, or any other company location or individual. Pack the items for direct shipment to customer or for transfer to the P00 warehouse and generate all documentation related to shipping or transfer transactions.
* Prepare packaged material for shipment and load onto applicable carriers as required. Provide tracking information as requested.
* Prepare shipping documents and apply labels as required to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and requirements of the specific carrier being used.
* Field all requests for shipment and/or tracking information from both internal and external sources and promptly respond via e-mail, verbally, or any other form of communication

Essential Job Responsibilities
Operate a forklift in a safe manner around people, warehouse racking, and production equipment.
Complete planning requirements ahead of schedule.
Pull and assemble skids and stage material to supply the production lines, as needed.
Supply packaging supplies and/or raw materials to the end of the production lines.
Use handheld scanner to properly add/remove product and/or move/consume raw material to ensure company systems are accurate.
Use small hand tools to prepare skids for warehouse storage.
Transfer skids, 4FT - 20FT long, and place in the appropriate location without damaging skid, product, or racking.
Weigh product between production orders, as needed.
Move peripheral production equipment safely and as directed by team members and supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Receiving & Material Handling:
Operate yard dog to pull loaded trailers into bulk unloading areas and move materials as needed.
Weigh and sample incoming loads to verify compliance with established raw ingredient specifications, including bulk density readings.
Complete all required receipts and documentation in WMS and other reporting systems; close out receiver processes.
Unload raw materials and send to storage using appropriate equipment while minimizing product shrink.
Maintain cleanliness of the unloading dock and follow GMP standards at all times.
Participate in inventory counts for plant-in, drop trailers, hopper bottom trailers, and bulk bins.
Interact professionally with truck drivers and other team members.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives in the materials handling area.
Food Safety & Quality Control:
Support plant compliance with GMP, HACCP, Food Defense, and other regulatory and corporate food safety programs.
Assist in development, implementation, and management of digital Quality Management Systems (QMS) for receiving materials.
Conduct sampling, testing, and reporting in accordance with quality and food safety requirements.
Report food safety and quality system deviations to supervisors and take corrective actions as needed.
Support training programs for plant personnel on food safety and quality principles.
Participate in internal audits, customer complaint investigations, and CAPA activities as needed.
Workplace Safety:
Complete safety documentation and verify compliance with program standards.

Required Qualifications:
