Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following: Duties and Responsibilities Receiving/stocking inventory. Loading/unloading delivery trucks. Preparing orders for shipment. Signing for deliveries. Inventory cycle counts. Equipment/material transfer and palletize. Inventory Control Knowledge. Maintaining the warehouse (organizing, cleaning, sweeping, etc.). Cleaning rental equipment. Back-up driver/runner. Bin location accuracy. May assist with dispatching drivers. Participate in Ongoing Process Training/Safety Training. Primary Focus: The primary role of the Material Handler/Forklift Driver is to provide all required materials to each department before they are required. Specific Accountabilities: Operates forklift equipment as required, ensuring that safety standards are followed. Moves raw materials to production lines as assigned. Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly and navigate digital workflows efficiently. Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) for material movement, inventory accuracy, and production support. Comfortable generating reports, analyzing data, and troubleshooting system discrepancies within ERP environments. Other duties as assigned. Working Conditions: Safety policies must be always adhered to. It is very important that the incumbent of this position can work and communicate with prudence, while effectively managing time, completing tasks, and working safely.
