In This Role
Operate a Raymond order picker in a narrow, wire-guided warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient material handling
Use RF scanners to pick, verify, and place inventory for order fulfillment and storage
Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips
Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and promptly report any malfunctions or safety concerns
Identify and manage inventory across documentation, including orders, labels, manifests, and bills of lading
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and stay informed on process updates

Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting with product purchasing/ordering, receiving and distribution control for the venue.

In This Role
Operate forklifts and other lift equipment in a narrow, wire-guided warehouse to safely move, stack, relocate, and consolidate inventory
Maximize cubic utilization by executing consolidation plans and repositioning products as directed
Use RF scanners to accurately place inventory in racking, pick items, and verify order accuracy
Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips
Conduct equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks; report any malfunctions or safety issues
Identify, document, and resolve inventory or quality discrepancies, following SOPs and using the ICAR process when required
Process inventory-related paperwork including orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading
Meet productivity targets while maintaining safety, accuracy, and organization
Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

2+ years of experience operating an order picker forklift required
High school diploma or GED required
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Excel
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
Required to wear steel-toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours
Willing and able to work overtime as needed

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
Lifting up to 50 lbs. may be required infrequently.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
