Perform duties required to load and unload trucks delivering supplies and parts. Place material in staging area, maintain records of materials received, and move materials throughout the shop as necessary. A Material Handler will start at $20.91/hr. and reaches $26.93/hr. within 12 months! Key Responsibilities: * Load and unload trucks carrying, weighing, counting, and moving raw materials, supplies, and finished parts, using a forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck. * Complete shop orders and bills of lading on shipments. * Weigh in parts and verify receipt against paperwork. * Inspect incoming work for proper packaging and/or damage. * Process incoming and outgoing UPS shipments. * Enter incoming shipment information into computer and on appropriate forms, and complete daily received goods sheet. * Respond to customer service requests for shipping information, as well as customer inquiries concerning parts. * Assist operators and helpers in locating parts. * Prepare pallets and containers for shipment. * Organize areas in the plant to optimize material flow and keep the plant orderly.

What You'll Need for Success * A minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving or packaging environment * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted. * Ability to work on your feet and perform physical work * Experience working with RF Scanners * Ability to navigate computer applications and websites * Prior experience operating one of the following: Sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, cherry picker, or pallet jack.
