KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate material handling equipment such as stand up/sit down forklifts, push back racks, and electric pallet jack
Ensure timely loading and unloading of bulk ingredients, supplies, materials, finished goods, and small parcel delivery
Learn and utilize WMS (Warehouse Management System) for accurate data entry, shipping, and receiving of materials and finished goods
Maintain high quality standards when conducting and documenting carrier inspections (physical and systematic)
Use computers to input and maintain accurate data records in HMI (Human Machine Interface)
Deliver materials to production lines to ensure that operating lines are fully stocked
Stage and put away finished goods and materials, frequently in freezing conditions (-10 degrees)
Perform sanitation and quality control tasks on a routine basis.
Identify and troubleshoot machinery, process, and equipment issues and make corrections as needed.
Perform freezer clean-up process and put destroyed product into the ReConserve dock
Cross train within department to gain and improve skills, knowledge, and demonstrate leadership
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Prior forklift experience/certification is required.
Prior training on dock equipment (truck restraints, chocks, trailer stands, dock levelers, doors, etc.) preferred.
Ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices, and general instructions.
Good communication skills are required both verbally and written.
Ability to perform critical thinking skills to problem solve and resolve conflicts.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional & team-oriented environment

The Material Handler is responsible for receiving all incoming raw material, chemical and other supplies. They are also responsible for organizing and maintaining the inventory in the dry storage area as well as staging raw materials needed for production runs.
Essential Responsibilities:
All plant personnel have the responsibility to monitor and report any deviations from our Food Safety and Food Quality (HACCP & SQF) programs to your immediate supervisor.
Offload and put away deliveries of packaging materials using a fork truck or pallet jack.
Complete paper logs or entry into ERP system using scan gun or computer for all incoming deliveries.
Maintain organization of the warehouse so all materials are used FIFO; maintain all raw materials in a manner consistent with QA Standards (rewrap all carton pallets before returning to racks, secure partial box pallets and fill out any required QA paperwork).
Stage cartons and other materials required for each day's production run, incorporating tracking logs and specific staging forms.
Maintain accurate information regarding trailer yard inventory.
Re-warehouse inventory to prepare for incoming shipments and to make pulling FIFO easier for all material handlers. Conduct nightly cycle counts, fix errors in the ERP system, and advise manager of any problems.
Will be responsible for retrieving/putting away pallets as high as 24 feet utilizing Stand-up fork trucks and Bendi Articulated fork trucks.
Accuracy, integrity, ability to self-direct as well as work as a team member, and ability to work in a fast-paced deadline focused environment a must. Ability to communicate effectively via radio, text message and email with all team members.
Must be comfortable and possess basic competency with computers to read and send emails, download reports and have basic Excel skills to manipulate reports required for cycle counts.

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be qualified as to visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. Summary:

Cheyenne, WyomingWarehouse Laborer: Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site by performing the following duties.
Loads and unloads materials onto or from trucks, pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand, forklift, hand truck and/or electric pallet jack, as appropriate.
Reads work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
Loads materials into vehicles to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
Conveys materials from storage sites to designated loading area.
Counts and records number of units of materials moved or handled, breakage and spoilage on appropriate sheets.
Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases and other containers.
Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and wraps bundles together.
Performs housekeeping and grounds maintenance warehouse and sales center offices.
Wears Company provided uniform and safety equipment.
Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

Customer Loadout Associates start at $17.50/Hr with $1/Hr Afternoon Premium and $2/Hr Weekend Premium added on to your base pay rate.

Job Requirements
Ability to safely operate a company-approved safety knife.

Able to work a radio frequency (RF) scanner.
Identifying and reading reports, tickets, and UPC labels.
Able to safely and efficiently remove sold merchandise from the show floor and prepare for load out.
Ability to assist other departments when business permits.
Initiative to work in a physically demanding, fast pace environment for an extended period.
Able to have a flexible schedule and work all shifts, holidays, and weekends.
Able to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Physical Requirements:
Requires the ability to maneuver in confined and at times congested areas.
Requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, & bend for 8 hours or more daily.
Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back.
Requires lift, lower, push and pull all sizes of merchandise up to 100 lbs. frequently and the ability to handle/manipulate up to 250 lbs. frequently.
The Customer Loadout position requires lifting, griping, bending, kneeling, stooping, and moving merchandise 8 hours or more daily.

Responsibilities
Transport raw materials and finished products to and from machinery, equipment and storage area.
Load and unload inventory as needed.
Responsible for receiving and put-away functions for inbound materials.
Apply and understand mathematical calculations and concepts involving fractions, decimals, percentages, etc.
Use of handheld RFN Navigator system to scan, move and pull materials.
Maintain good housekeeping in work area.
Follow safety programs and ensure compliance of OSHA regulation.
May train others and ensure work is complete and built to order specifications.
May be responsible for raw materials and finished goods inventory, and materials order replenishment.
Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
HS Diploma, GED or two (2) years equivalent work experience. Must be able to understand and communicate safety and other work-related instructions. Working Conditions are in a warehouse operations environment with considerable physical exertion. Will perform duties in all weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Typically more than three (3) years of experience in related job function. Role may require technical certification, or associates degree.
