The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the transfer of materials for the shipping operation ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency in all shipping activities. The Material Handler will be responsible for receiving, put away, replenishing, and maintaining the overall organization of our warehouse pack out materials. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and inspect for damages or discrepancies. Efficiently and accurately put away received items in designated storage locations. Load and unload deliveries of boxes, ice pallets and other ancillary warehouse and pack out supplies. Ensure packing line is supplied with sufficient hard materials to ensure constant workflow. Ensure that all inventory items meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. Assist in shipping pack out processes- including boxing and packing. Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory control and contribute to the implementation of best practices. RESPONSIBILITIES Operate a forklift Follow written instructions Operation of general hand tools Clean interior and exterior of spas Install aftermarket accessories All spas must have the proper paperwork filled out to ensure quality Assist sales team with pulling local spas to sell Pull and load show spas and POS material Minor trailer maintenance Assist Warranty team when needed Assist Sales team when needed Spa repair both major and minor Work with local delivery team when needed General house keeping Data entry REQUIREMENTS Ability to read, analyze, interpret common customer information Ability to read service manuals Must be able to effectively communicate information to management and customers. Must be able to lift 50lbs Able to Push or pull 50-115lbs without complications Pass a forklift operations program.
